✨ Inspection Period Tips for Buyers ✨

In this competitive Seller’s market, there are many things you can do to get the offer accepted. For example, offering above asking price, waiving appraisal, waiving financing contingencies, offering appraisal gap guarantees, and even waiving inspections. BUT, this is REAL estate and anything can happen.

So, waiving inspection is one thing you won’t hear me recommend to you as a financed buyer. Although, it is VERY rare to encounter a house with major hurdles that aren’t readily visible, these are things you should know before closing: the condition of the home and your monthly payment numbers (mortgage payment, taxes, insurance, etc).‼️

I’m so glad my buyer trusted me and didn’t waive this period. 🙏🏽 Now, after a thorough inspection, and our team tried everything to keep the sale going forward, she has her deposit back and we are back to searching and getting her under contract for another great home. 🏡
