The South Florida market is very competitive and multiple offers bidding for the same home is the current norm. But, if a house is on the market a bit longer than average, it’s still worth a look and have room for negotiating on any of the contract terms. This is a great strategy for buyers who don’t have extra cash for a “no financing contingency” purchase. The right house is always out there!
